Cross Country
Cross country offers learners the opportunity to experience the freedom of running in the outdoors while developing endurance, resilience and mental strength. Unlike traditional track events, cross country races take place over natural terrain such as grass fields, dirt paths and uneven ground, providing a challenging and exciting environment for athletes.
At Andrew Rabie High School, our cross country programme encourages learners of all abilities to participate, improve their fitness and develop a love for running. Under the guidance of Mrs. G. Ellis, weekly training sessions are held at the school where athletes build stamina, technique and team spirit.
Our cross country athletes proudly represent the school at various inter-school competitions throughout the season, demonstrating determination, perseverance and the true Rabie spirit.
